Amazing and wonderful staff! Elise who used to be at the front desk but now is in the back is just so sweet and kind! Shes worked there for years and remembers ever single patient by name and situation! The Dr. Daphne is so gentle and sweet and answer all your questions! Super informative and understanding when it comes to what you want for your pregnancy! Just all around super amazing people that me and my boyfriend both love to pieces! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing Drs office!

Ridiculous wait time! Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time just to go back to undress to wait another 20 mins, then was scheduled for an exam and renewal of depo shot. They didn’t do the exam but made me fully undress. So glad to being paying for an exam when you didn’t even do it. Very unprofessional no guidelines. You are not doing your job as a clinic.

They never answer the phone and the wait is ridiculous even if it just 2 people there.I had my daughter in 2017 Dr hollis was my doctor yet she didnt deliver my baby. Some random midwife did. The midwife pulled my daughter which cause a broken shoulder. When it happened it was a loud pop. When I addressed with the nurses at hospital. They told me it was a normal thing. They wrapped her up and told me it will heal in a few weeks. Once I was home its was difficult because everyone was so scared to hold her because of her shoulder.I get it. This is basically the closest ob in terrell that is why they dont care how they treat people because they know people will still go and put up with the unprofessional treatment they give. I hope in the future we getting a clinic with better care.

Worst experience ever!To start, I saw Dr. Reed, the midwife. Which was fine, she was polite, caring, made me feel like I was important and a priority, at first. The wait time in the exam room each visit was a little annoying but I got over it. She supposedly delivers at Hunt Regional in Greenville. 0/10 recommend that hospital!! Nurses on daytime and nightime shift shouldnt be working in Healthcare. One nurse made fun of my newborn because he was Too Small. The other nurse tried to give me medicine I didnt not ask for via IV and she blew my vein. Then tried telling me she will have to start another IV in my neck/collar bone area. Dr. Hollis ended up delivering my baby. She should be revoked of her license!! She pushes her limits to the very max until its almost inhumane! She pushed Post Partum Pre-eclampsia so hard on me with NO pressing symptoms that I was on a Magnisium drip for over more than 30 hours. At the time of delivery she was in a meeting and asked the nurses to tell me to stop pushing so she can be in her meeting longer. After the epidural was given, the line became disconnected and my husband had to call for help 3 different times because no one believed that I was feeling the contractions as hard as I was. Dr Reed NEVER came in to check on me as her patient and I was there for 3 days. 3 weeks later Ive still yet to recive a call from that office. Will never recommend this practice, Dr. Hollis, or Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville!!

I’m extremely disappointed by the office staff and nurses. They never answer the phones and they claim that they call people back at the end of each day but they really don’t. So if you need to talk to someone you literally have to show up to the office. Took more than two weeks to get blood results which was past the time frame they told me it would take. Only way I can ever get a hold of someone is through their Facebook page which I think is unprofessional. I absolutely loved my doctor which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of just 1. I personally don’t care whether your understaffed or not. You call people back. Or at least send a quick email. Stop being so lazy or hire someone that specifically does this.

Thee worst. My wife went here and we now travel to Dallas to a more thorough i gym for our baby. One that’s not a thief. How are your prices over the standard rate, when there are usually no doctors here. No one calls you back with results like they say they will. The place is basically run by the nurses.Anytime an insurance company tells you that the places prices are abnormally high for the subpar service they deliver run. Take your health and your babies health serious enough to save yourself the time and stress this place involves.Reporting to BBB as on three occasions we have had to literally go up there because no one answers the phone to get answers or results we clearly articulated to that a call would be given. Thieves and robbers of mothersDon’t believe half of the 5 star reviews. They are friends and family leaving reviews. Look at the reoccurring theme all of the real patients are having. Not being called back with results, not being seen by a doctor, no doctor ever available, but higher then normal prices to the point even the insurance companies don’t understand it. Stay away. Terrible OB/GYN. the actual doctor never comes here and midwives don’t really know much, it seems. staff was rude and made my bf wait outside when he could come in when i got called back. super long wait even when no one else is there and you show up early. very dirty place, bugs everywhere and a sewage smell.. midwife wouldn’t even wash her hands when i got pelvic exam. greenville office is even worse.belt for baby’s heart rate always too tight and couldn’t find vein for blood draw when i’ve never had problems anywhere else. dixie cups in unclean bathroom for urine and only germ-x, no sink in there. super gross and unprofessional place. DO NOT GO HERE FOR COMFORT. DO NOT TELL THEM ANYTHING FROM PAST OR THEY WILL FALSIFY DOCS FOR DURING PREGNANCY. almost lost my baby several times because they don’t know what they’re doing.

I have been looking for a OBGYN clinic near me (Kaufman, TX) Im so happy to have stumbled across this clinic on Google. I saw Sarah Harville, NP and her bedside manner was excellent. She took the time to answer questions and explained everything very well. The staff there is great, everyone is nice and friendly. The waiting area is a little small and theres only one bathroom. I happened to notice people had to wait in line to use the bathroom. Other than that, my appointment ran on time, I went in about 45 min early to fill out New Patient paperwork, was called back at 10 (my appointment time) and left the clinic at 10:35. HUGE PLUS!Im happy to finally have found my new OBGYN clinic.

Only been around the area for 2 years so I looked for a new obg. This place seemed nice on the first visit but I guess its because they were eager to take my money. I went in for a female issue that would require a sono. So when I make the appt they tell me they can do it there no problem. Day of my appt I dont even see a Dr I see a pa. She tells me they dont have the person to do it there that I need to go to an imaging center and it turns out to be an hr away because the closer one is closed that day. Well the imaging center only discusses results with the ordering dr. Now my husband was already livid about this whole situation and I had been pretty patient up until this point. I waited nearly a week for a call but nothing. I ended up calling for two days and the first day the receptionist or ma says dr is too busy and cant come to the phone second day she says dr needs to look over and review your results and will call u back in 15 so I wait another hr and nothing. That also means a whole week went by and no one had even looked at my results. So the 3rd day and I finally get my results but by the receptionist/ma who says dr says (cue results) so of course when I have questions about the details she says oh idk she just said blank. So 200 down the drain with no questions answered. Thanks

Great office and the ladies are all wonderful and friendly!! I have also been to there Greenville location which is just as great!! Over all good service they get behind sometimes at both offices but I think its just because of the Covid-19 protocols they are following (which I appreciate very much) so I dont hold it against them plus any doctor I go to gets behind sometimes its just part of going to the doctor. They always do there best to protect everyone and keep things moving. There all very helpful and if they dont know the answer to something they will find it out asap for you. I recommend this OB-GYN practice both in Terrell and Greenville!!

After my OGBYN of 30 years passed away I looked for another doctor. I was happy to find Dr. Hollis BUT, on my very first visit I was seen by her PA , who did the exam with the assistance of a student. They were both very nice but I was disappointed in this doctor for not seeing me on my very first visit. I won’t be back.

Everyone here is so kind and sweet very understanding and warming to your every concern they took care of every question and worry I had. I never once felt rushed or like me and my questions didnt matter I LOVE this doctor!!

Every time we come here, they dont see us until 30 to 40 minutes after our appointment time. We arrive early, and still have to wait. Not impressed, and will be looking for a new one ASAP

I just found them yesterday and they are absolutely amazing! They got me in same day even though they were booked up, everyone was super friendly, and they got me fixed up quick. Wish I found them sooner!]

I felt like I had no care in the world felt like home I love the energy the staff really professional in very caring I recommend the best to me they make you feel like family Im bless to have them very appreciative in thx.

Absolutely terrible. Long wait. Been waiting for hours to get into my appointment. Extremely disrespectful staff. Will continue to drive to Dallas for my doctor. Very disappointed

Sarah is seriously the nicest person I have ever met and takes great care of her patients.

I really recommend this place, they did nothing but make me feel comfortable. They did their best to make sure my visit went well.

Takes 2 days to get a hold of anyone. They dont answer the phone. Will be going somewhere else. Horrible service
